Mrs. Laura Farmer

Welcome to 1st grade! I am excited to begin my sixth year at Pinebrook! This will be my 22nd year teaching. I am originally from Hamilton, Ohio where I taught one year. I then moved to Virginia where I taught for 14 years in Fairfax County. I attended Eastern Kentucky University where I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education. I earned a Master’s Degree from George Mason University in Curriculum and Instruction. I am a mother to two girls ages 12 and 8. I enjoy spending time with my family, exercising, and watching soccer.
