Ms. Lacy is excited to be working as a Reading Specialist at Catoctin Elementary this year! This will be her tenth year at Catoctin and sixth year as a Reading Specialist. She is looking forward to working with the entire Catoctin Community and to share her love of reading with all students.
Miss Lacy is from Lock Haven, a small town in north central Pennsylvania, but loves living in the Shenandoah Valley. Miss Lacy graduated from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania in 2007 with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and a second degree in Dance. In 2012, Miss Lacy earned her Master's Degree in Reading from James Madison University.
Miss Lacy LOVES to read and share great literature with students. What is your favorite book?! It's hard for her to pick her favorite children's book, there are too many to just pick one!
