OFF-SEASON WORKOUTSWorkouts begin December 2nd, 2013. We are Lifting and Conditioning Mondays and Wednesdays. Workouts are held before school, and run from 7am-8:30am.
Workouts are not required, but it is highly encouraged that players attend in order to be in the best physical condition when baseball season arrives. Players have a much better chance of making the team in the spring if they are in good physical condition.Players should be dressed in athletic clothing, and meet outside of the weight room at 7:00am.
