    Tickets for the Hershey Trip will be available 3/4 - 3/15. 

    Trip cost is $85 per student. 

    Permission slips and payment MUST be in by 3/15/2019.  Please drop off forms/payment to Mrs. Preston. Checks can be made payable to BWHS. Payment can also be made through the online portal.  Follow the link here.  Permission slips are available in the front office or outside of Room 604 or online.  

    ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL! We have to pay upfront for the bus and the tickets, so we are unable to issue refunds. 


    Dear Students and Parents:

    The Senior Class of 2019 at Briar Woods High School will be taking a class trip to Hershey Park, Hershey PA on Monday, June 3rd. Students who would like to go must complete the “Universal Field Trip Permission Form”, and include payment for the trip. The cost will be $85 per person, which includes admission to the park and bus transportation. Checks should be made out to BWHS. We will be using charter buses for the trip. Checks should be made out to Briar Woods High School, online payments and cash are also accepted. Students must pay for their own lunch and dinner at the park. All permission slips and money must be turned in to Mrs. Preston (Room 604) by March 15, 2019. No tickets will be sold after March 15th. Please make sure that all information (emergency information, parent signature) is complete.  The schedule for the day is as follows:

    Monday, June 3rd:
    8:00 am:               Students arrive at Briar Woods High School
    8:30 am:               Buses Depart Briar Woods for Hershey Park (we will not wait for late arrivals)
    11:00 am:             Arrive at Hershey Park
    12:00 pm:             Lunch on Own
    5:00 pm:               Dinner on Own
    6:45 pm:               Meet at Entrance/Board Buses for return
    7:00 pm:               Buses Depart Hershey Park for Briar Woods
    9:30 pm:               Buses Arrive at Briar Woods (please have a ride arranged for pick up)

    All Loudoun County Public School policies are to be followed and will be strictly enforced while on the field trip. This includes the substance abuse, alcohol, and weapons policies per the LCPS “Student Rights and Responsibilities” book. Students may bring cell phones and electronics but they assume responsibility for these items. Also, all Hershey Park rules and regulations must be followed while at the park.
