The Harper Park School Counseling department strives to create and maintain a program that assesses the needs of our school community and effectively meet those needs. One of the many ways in which we can accomplish this is by working together with stakeholders to share our progress, solicit feedback, and make adjustments according to that feedback.A School Counseling Advisory Council is recommended by the American School Counselor Association as a way to establish and maintain our connection with those stakeholders and work together to ensure that Harper Park Middle School Counselors are doing all we can do to create a supportive environment for our students. Each year the Council will meet twice, once in the Fall and once in the late Spring. Here is the presentation from our Fall Council meeting on November 18, 2022: School Counseling Advisory Council Meeting Fall 2022
