    Dear Spartans...

    Welcome to the 2023-2024 school year.  I am so excited to have you back and ready to have an awesome school year!!!
     
    I am beginning my ninth year as Assistant Principal at Broad Run [18th in LCPS, 24th in Education] and look forward to all the opportunities to connect and develop our learning community.
     
    As you return to school this year, continue to develop the connections and relationships with your classmates, teachers, and school staff.  We are here to support you and know that you will do your best to reach your highest potential.  Look for clubs, sports and activities that interest you so that you can have another connection to your Broad Run. 
     
    Growing up in a military family, I have lived in many places across the United States, but consider Virginia my home.  I attended Virginia Tech for my undergraduate degree; Old Dominion and George Mason for my masters' degrees.
