The mission of Loudoun County Public Schools Parent Resource Services (PRS) is to promote a positive working relationship between families, educators, and the community by fostering an understanding of the building blocks that contribute to a successful educational outcome.

Meet Our TeamLeanne Kidwell, Educator
Leanne has 19 years experience in special education as a classroom teacher as well as a transition teacher. She received her masters degree from the George Washington University in Special Education in Transition for Students with Traumatic Brain Injury. Prior to teaching, Leanne was a case manager at Brain Injury Services and a vocational rehabilitation counselor for the Virginia Department of Rehabilitative Services.Pamala Spiering, Parent Partner
Pam is in her 19th year with Parent Resource Services and her 29th with Loudoun County Public Schools. As a parent of three children with disabilities, she has gained knowledge through firsthand experience as she navigated both school and community resources to support their needs. She has a particular interest in transition planning for “life after high school” for students with disabilities.
