    Welcome to Art 1!

I am so glad you chose art, and I look forward to working with you this year! Our most important goal is to enhance self-expression through the media of drawing, painting, printmaking, and clay. We will learn about artists throughout history and the world, and will explore our own abilities and creativity. When we make art, we have an opportunity to think, discuss, improve, and always do more and better than what we think we’re capable of.
