    Hristina Tsanova earned her Master of Arts degree in English from the Veliko Turnovo University, Bulgaria and her Master's in Education from The Gorge Washington University.  She is currently an English Language Learner Teacher at John Champe High School.  Ms. Tsanova comes from Bulgaria where she owned and managed a Language and Educational Advisory center COMLED. Prior to working at JCHS, Ms. Tsanova was an ESOL Department chair and a Language Arts teacher at Parkside Middle School.  She also served as  the VGLA mentor for PWCPS and was a Lead teacher for the Parents as Educational Partners Program at the school. As a non-native speaker herself, Ms. Tsanova is an expert in ELL teaching and works collaboratively with her gened colleagues to ensure the successful graduation of her ELL students.
