Education / Background:

I have a Bachelors of Science degree in Elementary Education. I graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University, located in my hometown of Marion, Indiana and quickly moved to Virginia Beach, VA where I began my teaching career.  Since then, I have taught in Fairfax County and now Loudoun County.  I live in West Virginia and enjoy a beautiful commute through the mountains as I drive to Lucketts each day. 

Hobbies/Interests/Family Life

When I'm not teaching, I enjoy board games, cross-stitching, and playing Ultimate Frisbee with my husband.  Also, shopping is always a favorite past time! My biggest obsession, though, is rough-housing with my playful Pomeranian, Koda, and pushing him in the baby swings (yes, really!)
