    Hello, and welcome to Mr. Quin’s homepage.  Mr. Quin is a career switcher and is excited to begin this year teaching at River Bend Middle School. He will be teaching 8th grade civics and economics.  Prior to teaching, Mr. Quin worked for the Federal Government.  Mr. Quin has a Bachelor’s degree in history from Penn State University and a Master’s Degree in Diplomacy from Norwich University.  Please feel free to contact him with any questions you may have.
