    Ashburn & Dulles High School Attendance Zones -
    April 18, 2017 Update
     
    On April 18, 2017, the Loudoun County School Board voted to implement select high school attendance zone changes for rising ninth, tenth and eleventh grade students (current grades seven, eight and nine students) in fall 2018, rather than fall 2019.
     
    The high school attendance zone changes adopted on May 10, 2016 and December 13, 2016, originally scheduled for implementation in fall 2019, have been advanced to fall 2018 for the following high schools:

    The attendance zone changes for Independence High School (HS-11) will take effect in fall 2019, with the opening of the school. 
     
    Student preference surveying for those rising juniors and seniors (for 2018-2019 school year), as required by School Board Policy 8-22, will be undertaken fall 2017.  Student preference surveying for students zoned to attend Independence High School (HS-11) will be undertaken in fall 2018, prior to the school's opening in fall 2019.
