Testing is at the Stone Hill Middle School Cafeteria

Parents and coaches are not allowed in the testing area

Parents and coaches will be allowed to wait in the Stone Hill Middle School auditorium

All disputes will be addressed by the Math department of Stone Hill Middle School. Their decision will be final

Testing Supplies

Students/Coach are responsible for bringing pencils and erasers to the tournament

Scratch paper will be provided at the time of testing

Calculators are not allowed

Parking
-
There is parking available at Stone Hill Middle School

It is advised that teams carpool to the tournament venue to reduce congestion

Please do not park in any of the residential neighborhoods surrounding Stone Hill Middle School

Dismissal

Students will be dismissed to their coaches

The school, staff or volunteers will not take any responsibility for students after dismissal

Concessions
-
Pizza lunch will be provided to all teams. Students are welcome to pack their lunch, snack, drinks etc.

No extras will be available for purchase. Anyone with dietary restrictions, allergies etc. is advised to make there own arrangements.

Emergency Contact & Medical Needs

Coaches will be responsible for collecting emergency contact information for their students for the day
-
In case of allergies or special accommodations, coaches will be responsible for informing the tournament director in advance to make arrangements
