    Chris Pasternak grew up in Buffalo, NY. He attended SUNY Oswego from 1991-1995 where he earned a BA in Secondary Education for Social Science. In 2007, he graduated from George Mason with a MS in Curriculum & Instruction, and he earned a graduate certificate from American Public University in American History in 2015. He spent time teaching in Baltimore, MD and Allentown, PA before coming to Loudoun County in 2002. From 2002-2015, Mr. Pasternak taught at Broad Run and in the fall of 2015, he began teaching at Heritage HS. He has a wonderful family with his wife of ten years and their two beautiful children, Isabella and Jackson.
    This is Mr. Pasternak's 23rd year of teaching High School.
