My name is Mrs. Jen Farrey and I have been teaching in Loudoun County since 2000. Before coming to Loudoun, I taught in Culpeper, VA and Annapolis, MD.
I am originally from a small town north of Philadelphia, PA. I received a track and cross country scholarship to Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania, where I received my undergraduate degree in Mathematics – Secondary Education. I also, finished my Master’s Degree in Special Education from Johns Hopkins University in Maryland.
I live in the western side of Loudoun County with my two daughters, husband, yorkie, and two cats. When I am not "doing math", you will find me on the sidelines of my daughters' soccer and volleyball games, cheering on cross country races, or fearfully watching horseback riding lessons. My daughters and I also manage to find time to volunteer at the Middleburg Humane Foundation helping to get animals adopted. If there is still time in the day, I enjoy watching movies and squeezing in a light jog/run from time to time.
If you need to contact me please feel free to email me at firstname.lastname@example.org or call the Blue Ridge main office at 540-751-2520 and leave a message for me to call you back.
