Physical Activity Calendars and Fitness Log
Help keep our Kids Moving by taking the challenge to exercise for at least 60 minutes per day. Once you've completed your exercise/sports practice/lesson, fill in the information on the calendar. It is our goal to get children moving at an intensity level of 3 or more for the minimum is at least three days per week of 60 minutes.
