Mrs. Lyons is excited to start her 5th year at Emerick! This is her 20th year teaching, having held positions as a middle school English teacher and a middle and elementary school reading specialist. Originally from Westchester County, New York, Mrs. Lyons has lived and taught in Loudoun for 14 years. She graduated from Providence College with a Bachelor of Science degree in English and Education and received a Master's degree from Fordham University in Reading and Literacy Instruction.Mrs. Lyons is always looking to give or receive a recommendation for a good book, so she hopes you will stop her and share what you've been reading!
