Ms. Dianne Cohen


Dianne Cohen is the Transition Teacher at Stone Bridge High School. She formerly worked as Learning Resource Specialist for the last 14 years at Stone Bridge High School. She received a B.A. from The American University and a M.Ed. from George Mason University. Ms. Cohen is available to meet by appointment.

 Ms. Cohen connects students and families with service agencies, provides career/transition assessments, pre/post-secondary employment resources, training opportunities, vocational/technical education resources, information about apprenticeships, internships and college supports. Ms. Cohen is the point of contact for referrals to Department of Rehabilitation Services (DARS), Community Services Board (CSB), Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act Program (WIOA), Communities and Schools Together program (CAST), Project Search, and the Wilson Workforce and Rehabilitation Center (WWRC).

Ms. Cohen works with a Job Coach ( Elizabeth Chartuck) to secure jobs and support students participating in work experience as part of their high school curriculum.
