I am from Baltimore and have been teaching HS Science for 5.5 years. Before I changed careers, I worked for the Department of Energy as the lead for Soil and Groundwater Cleanup at sites around the country. I earned my Bachelors degree in Biology from Hood College in Frederick, MD and my PhD in Applied Biology and Environmental Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Georgia. I teach Biology, AP Biology, Environmental, and AP Environmental. I am the Junior Class co-sponsor. I love traveling, hiking, and doing just about anything outdoors. This year I will be teaching Biology and AP Environmental.
