The Red Cross Club encourages community service in the Sterling Area and beyond. The  Club sponsors two blood drives, the installation of smoke alarms as part of the Red Cross of Loudoun County Red Cross and the “Cards for Heroes” program for wounded warriors at Walter Reed Military Hospital as well as other community events.
