Troubleshooting Technology at Home
DDI plans to continue to provide technical support throughout the closure. Staff and students can receive technical support through one of the following methods:
- Submit an incident through the Support Center website (http://supportcenter.lcps.org)
- Email your question to DDI-TechnologySupportCenter@lcps.org
- Call the Technology Support Center at (571) 252-2112
The Technology Support Center will be staffed from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday - Friday.

Replacement Items for Chromebooks or Staff Laptops
Students and Staff in need of replacement items for their Chromebooks or Laptops (i.e., chargers, pens, hubs) may do so through the DDI Technology Store by visiting https://bit.ly/MySchoolBucks. Please see this flyer for technology purchasing instructions.
NOTE: This is only for lost chargers, pens, or hubs. Broken adapters will still be replaced through the normal process via the Technical Support Center, as directed above.
