I am so excited to continue my work in education as lead motivator and principal at Cardinal Ridge Elementary. I have had the pleasure of serving as a school administrator since 2013 in North Carolina and Virginia. What excites me about leading and learning is the potential and power of collective efficacy! As a soldier in the United States Army, it was amazing to experience the satisfaction of building purposeful teams and relationships to accomplish missions. I know without hesitation that the relationships and teams we build this school year and beyond will yield increased outcomes for Cardinal Ridge as a whole.
