To use the facilities at Arcola Elementary School, your organization must have the following on file with LCPS:

* a current 501-C3 status

* Tax exempt ID

* Proof of Insurance

Please submit your reservation request before the 25th of the month prior to your event.  (For example:  Submit October event requests before September 25)  We make every attempt to accommodate all requests, however requests submitted after this date are not guaranteed to be processed and/or approved.
