• Jessica Forbes has been teaching since 1995 and has worked in alternative, residential and public high schools.  Some of her favorite subjects to teach include geometry, algebra, economics, and Spanish, which she has taught to adults in community education. 

    Prior to beginning her teaching career Ms. Forbes worked in event management including the Computerworld Smithsonian Awards, the FIRST Robotic Competition, and the 1996 Atlanta Olympics where she was part of the management team at the horse park for the equestrian, mountain bike and pentathalon events. 
     
    Ms. Forbes has been a teacher with Loudoun County Public Schools since 2010.  Certified in mathematics, social studies and special education, she enjoys providing all students assistance at any level.
     
    When she is not teaching, Ms. Forbes enjoys riding motorcycles (and sidecars!) with her husband, exploring the backroads of Virginia and West Virginia.
