Mr. Persson

With a background in biology, specifically entomology and evolutionary analysis, Mr. Persson seeks to explore scientific literacy and critical thinking with his students. Before becoming an educator Mr. Persson worked as a research scientist for the Smithsonian Institute's department of entomology. Mr. Persson attended Arizona State University for his studies in evolutionary biology and zoology, he then attended George Mason University where he completed graduate studies in science education, instruction, and curriculum.

Mr. Persson resides in Sterling Virginia with his wife Tara and two cats.
