    Sra. Carrasco has been teaching at Park View High School since 2016. Sra. Carrasco has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish and Communications from Virginia Wesleyan College.
     
    Sra. Carrasco is a career switcher and worked for 9 years as an online video producer.  Prior to that, Sra. Carrasco served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Peru.  She has traveled all over South America, Mexico, and Spain.
     
    Sra. Carrasco took a group of 14 students to Paris, France and Barcelona, Spain in June 2019.  She plans to take another group of students to Ecuador and the Galapagos Islands in June 2024.
     
    Sra. Carrasco is the co-sponsor for the Spanish Honor Society and Spanish Club at Park View.
