Professional Biography Gerritt Peck
This is Mr. Peck's ninth year teaching at Park View High School, Prior to that he served as a long-term substitute at Herndon Middle School in Fairfax County.Before becoming a teacher, Mr. Peck served for more than 28 years in the U.S. Army as a paratrooper and infantryman. Having grown up in the Sterling/Herndon area and graduating from nearby Herndon High School, he returned here after military retirement to live and start his second career in education.Mr. Peck has a Bachelor of Arts degree from San Diego State University, a Master's Degree in International Policy from George Washington University and is a graduate of both the Command and General Staff College and the Joint Forces Staff College.He is an avid hiker and camper enjoying backpacking, camping, golf, domestic and international travel, and also reading history, historical fiction and admits to a weakness for spy-thriller novels.Don't Forget to Access Study Materials on Quizlet.comsearch "gerritt_peck"
