Mr. Cousins

Hello, my name is Mr. Cousins, and welcome to fourth grade at Kenneth Culbert Elementary!  This will be my eighteenth year teaching in Loudoun County.  I am very excited to be part of the Kenneth Culbert community for the sixth year!

I received my Bachelors degree in Social Work from Shepherd College in 1994, and I obtained my Masters in Education from Marymount University in 2002.
