The SRI is administered to every student at PVHS. This tells us what students can read independently by producing a Lexile score for each student.
August 30- September 2: Phonics Inventory
The PI is administered to all current EL students, as well as students who score below 500 on the Reading Inventory on a case-by-case basis. This score tells us about a student's decoding and phonics understanding.
