•   Welcome back Culbert Crocs!! I am Heather Puller.  I'm looking forward to 2022-2023 here at KWC! Prior to working at KWC, I taught 2 years in second grade then, looped up with my class to third grade, and taught 3rd grade for 3 years. I have my Bachelor's Degree and Master's Degree in Elementary and Special Education from West Virginia University. Let's go Mountaineers! My husband, two sons and I live in Charles Town, WV.  It's going to be a memorable year. See you soon.
