Ms. Gretchen Mostero

Please allow me a few minutes to introduce myself.  My name is Gretchen Mostero.  This is my 18th year at ERMS, my 23rd year in working as a middle school counselor in LCPS, and my 27th  year serving as a school counselor.  I am extremely excited about working with the 6th grade students and families of the ERMS community.    

I am originally from Beckley, West Virginia, and a big WVU football fan.  I graduated from West Virginia University in 1997 with a Master of Arts in Counseling, and have been working in this capacity since graduation.  I am truly proud to be a Mountaineer!

Prior to working in the school system, I worked as a Social Worker in both inpatient and outpatient facilities for 4 years.  I have always wanted to be in helping profession, and truly love working with children in this age group.  Please do not hesitate to contact me if you ever need any assistance regarding your child or a counseling matter.
