David Schinasi was born in Italy and raised in the Tuscany region. After graduated from “Don Milani”, a Magisterial State Institute, he further pursued his studies in Modern Art, Language Arts and Visual Communications in France, at the University of Nice Sophia-Antipolis, and Multimedia studies in Israel at the Tel-Aviv University.
He has lived in Israel and has served in the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) for his compulsory and reserve service, which he began a 26-year career with a security, and consulting company. Mr. Schinasi worked in domestic and overseas projects, such as Executive Protection Specialist, Security Supervisor, Weapons Instruction, Anti-Terror, and Combat Security Consultant.
Since, Mr. Schinasi has moved to the United States in 2005, he has utilized his security experiences to improve and help the local communities in self-defense, crime prevention, and school safety.
Mr. Schinasi speaks six languages from advanced to fluent of which English is one of them. While he is working full time for Loudoun County Public Schools, he is also directing a local security company, licensed by the Department of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS) to provide armed security services, licensed training school, women’s self-defense classes, combat tactics, and firearms instruction.
Mr. Schinasi has a Degree in Counter-Terrorism Studies from American Military University.
Mr. Schinasi wishes for all of Loudoun County and the Monroe Technology Center students a smart and productive school year that operates within a safe atmosphere.
