The following are general test preparation tips to help you do your best:
  • Eat a good breakfast on the day of testing. Having food in your stomach will give you energy and help you focus, but avoid heavy foods which can make you sleepy.
  • Don't try to pull an all-nighter. Get at least 8 hours of sleep before the test, including the days leading up to the testing period.
  • Arrive to school on time.  This will help you be calm and prepared to start the test.
