Eat a good breakfast on the day of testing. Having food in your stomach will give you energy and help you focus, but avoid heavy foods which can make you sleepy.
Don't try to pull an all-nighter. Get at least 8 hours of sleep before the test, including the days leading up to the testing period.
Arrive to school on time.This will help you be calm and prepared to start the test.
