Ms. Baxter graduated from Elizabethtown College, Pennsylvania with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education. Ms. Baxter graduated from Shenandoah University with her Master's of Science in Education: with a Reading Specialist certification. She has taught in Kentucky, Florida and Texas. She has taught 3rd grade for three years at other schools. Ms. Baxter is glad to be starting her eighth year at Banneker Elementary. This is her third year teaching 4th grade.
