A cumulative scholastic record is maintained for every student enrolled in Loudoun County Public Schools. Student Records Management supervises the administration of active and inactive student scholastic records, provides onsite record management training for school staff, archives eligible student records, and fulfills requests for records not located in schools.
How do I request my student record?
There are three categories of student records. In order to accurately request a graduate or withdrawal transcript or a copy of your student record, either in part or in full, please click on the appropriate link below.
1. If the student currently attends a Loudoun County Public School,
click here → Active Records
2. If it has been five years or less since graduation, transfer, or withdrawal from
a Loudoun County Public School, click here → Inactive Records
3. If it has been five years or more since graduation, transfer, or withdrawal from
a Loudoun County Public School, click here → Archived Records
