Transcript Requests for Seniors Transcript requests submitted to the Guidance Office are processed within 10 working days. Students must have a Transcript Release Form on file in the Guidance Office and must submit a Transcript Release Form for each transcript required. At the beginning of the senior year, students are given "Senior Packets" which include these forms and other essential college information.
Transcripts are $3.00 each. Transcripts requested for scholarship purposes are free.
Transcript Requests from Graduated Students and Others
The cost for an Official Transcript is $3.00 per transcript. Request can be sent to:
Loudoun County High School
Remember to include your check made out to LCHS, your name, graduation date or last date of attendance, the school requiring the transcript with their address, and a phone contact number for yourself. The request will be processed within 2 weeks. For additional information, call 571-252-2012.
