My name is Candy Lucas and I am very excited to be a part of the Hillside family and work with so many amazing people.  I grew up in Buffalo, N.Y. and graduated from George Mason University with a B.S. degree in Early Childhood Education.  I also received my Master’s degree in Elementary Education from S.U.N.Y. at Buffalo.  Though this is my second year teaching at Hillside I have subbed in various elementary schools throughout the county and have previous teaching experience in first and third grades.
