Ms. Brittain
 
Ms. Brittain is a graduate of James Madison University.  She received her undergraduate degree in 2012 and her Master of Arts in Teaching degree in 2013.  Ms. Brittain interned in several elementary schools around the Harrisonburg area and completed her student teaching in Roanoke, VA.  Baking, reading, horseback riding, lounging at the beach, and spending time with friends and family are how she enjoys spending her free time.  Ms. Brittain is looking forward to another wonderful year at FHR!
 
 
 
 
 Ms. Kennedy is a graduate of James Madison University where she received her undergraduate and graduate degrees. Ms Kennedy completed her student teaching in second and third grade and is very excited to be joining FHR as part of the second grade team! In her spare time, Ms. Kennedy enjoys reading, baking, playing sports, and spending time outdoors. Ms. Kennedy is looking forward to a great school year and getting to know  the Frances Hazel Reid family!

miller  
 Mrs. Miller has been teaching in Loudoun County since 2006.  Previously she taught in Fairfax County.  She has had experience teaching in Kindergarten, first and second grades.  Mrs. Miller loves to spend time at the beach and exercising.  She is looking forward to another exciting school year.
 
Ms. Chandra Perkins
 Ms. Perkins is a Texas native who relocated to Virginia the summer of 2013.  She was born in Dallas, TX, and raised in the small suburban city of Mesquite, TX, where she graduated high school.  Ms. Perkins attended the University of North Texas and earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus in early childhood education.  Ms. Perkins taught in Richardson, TX, for four years and in Carrollton, TX for two years. She has had the pleasure of teaching 2nd grade for five years and 4th grade for one year. In her free time, Ms. Perkins the performing arts, exploring, learning, traveling and spending time with family and friends.  Ms. Perkins is passionate about educating and enriching the lives of young children and is very happy to be apart of the Frances Hazel Reid Family.
