Course Selection for 2016-17It is time for students to choose classes for next year! Course selection is a multi-step process.
- Step 1: on Wednesday February 3rd, students will view the presentations linked below and complete a course selection worksheet and enter their request in StudentVue. Students will be able to make changes in StudentVue until February 12th. After February 12th, changes to course request can be made through the School Counseling office.
- Step 2: students will have the opportunity to meet individually with their School Counselor sometime between February and April to discuss their choices and interests, review teacher recommendations and make sure their class choices align with their post-secondary plans beyond graduation.
- Step 3: the final day to make any changes to classes selected for next year will be June 10. If parents have any questions about classes for next year, they should contact their student's School Counselor either by email or by calling the PVHS Counseling Department: 571-434-4507.
